New TVCS members should contact the squadron IT Officer to obtain accounts and email addresses.  The accounts are intended to permit organizational communications and collaboration.  Features include email accounts and collaborative tools including file storage and calendaring.

Appropriate Use
The website, email accounts, file storage, and other tools exist to conduct the business of Thompson Valley Composite Squadron and other Civil Air Patrol duties. accounts are issued to current members of Thompson Valley Composite Squadron only.  Said accounts will be removed when members are no longer affiliated with TVCS.  In order to preserve continuity of squadron jobs and help preserve inspection readiness, related files and records may be deleted or ownership assigned to other users. accounts are not intended for personal use.  Members are cautioned to avoid placing personal files in TVCS file stores and to avoid using email accounts for personal use that would be negatively affected by account closure if the member leaves TVCS.
